Our warranty begins the day the consumer purchases any Western RiversŪ product. Warranty must be on file along with proof of purchase at Western RiversŪ in order for warranty to be valid. If warranty is not on file, then the warranty validation starts the day we sell the product to our dealers. Products not manufactured by Western RiversŪ have their own warranty and all claims must be filed with the appropriate manufacturer. We will assist any consumer with these claims. Please contact us at 731-967-0987 to process your claim. Any claim against warranty or repairs must be accompanied with a check or money order for $5.00 freight.
